1. Check or Money Order. Make a check or money order out to "2nd
Bn, 4th Marines Association." On the Memo line, put "Dues."
Either submit the completed membership application form via internet and
mail the check / money order separately, or print the form off and mail
it with the check / money order via U.S. Postal Service to:

2. Online Payment. Complete the membership application to include the
payment information required by PayPal and submit it via internet. The
PayPal processing fee has been factored into each amount presented. PayPal
will provide you with a receipt online.
NOTE 1 - Time: Please give the Membership Chairman and Treasurer time
to react to your submission. The Membership Chairman will be sending you
a membership card once he has processed your application.
NOTE 2 - Newsletter: Remember to add in $10 to your membership fee if
you wish to receive a hard copy of the Sea Horse newsletter. Otherwise,
you will receive the newsletter electronically at no charge. Life members
wishing to receive their newsletter in hard copy need to send $10 each
year in June in order to keep receiving it.
